If your event was officially cancelled by the event organizer and VBC, you do not need to take any steps to obtain a refund if you have made your purchase with a credit or debit card through fullpass.com.mxThe price or face value of the ticket paid will be directly reimbursed during the following 90 calendar days, counted from the date of the official cancellation of the event.
In the case of purchases made with bank cards, the instructions established by the banking institutions will also apply. Service charges apply to each ticket or access purchased, as well as, charges for delivery of tickets or access delivery apply to each transaction made through Fullpassy in no case are refundable.
In case the purchase was made at the event's box office or at Fullpassy Centers, the refund will proceed during the 90 calendar days following the date of cancellation of the event and the person must present the ticket in original, without amendments or alterations, at the same place where the purchase was made. Service and ticket delivery fees apply to each ticket purchased through Fullpass regardless of the method of payment and are non-refundable.
Once the new dates have been rescheduled, with the prior authorization of the authorities, the tickets and places for the rescheduled events will be respected. In case the person does not wish to attend the rescheduled date, he/she may send an electronic communication to Fullpass at the following e-mail address email@example.com requesting the refund, including the name of the holder of the card with which you made the purchase, your reference number, attaching a photograph in which the ticket or tickets you wish to be refunded are clearly visible, along each ticket you must write the word NULO with black marker (indelible) you must tear it in half passing through the side bar code, you must tear it with your hands.

The form of payment at the ticket offices of the Properties depends on each property, generally it is cash only.
