Where can I purchase my tickets?
You can purchase your tickets through the website https://fullpass-ticket.com or directly at the venue's box office (Subject to event availability).
What are the accepted payment methods?
On the website https://fullpass-ticket.com, your payment can be made with the following methods:
Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Physical and digital debit cards: All accepted.
Credit cards issued abroad are only accepted on the website https://fullpass-ticket.com, selecting Will Call International as the delivery method.
The payment methods at the box office depend on the venue where the event will be held.
I made the payment but I still haven't received my ticket.
In order to help you and rule out a system error, we ask that you write us an email to hola@fullpass.mx with the following information:

Refunds
If my event was canceled, what do I have to do to request my refund?
If your event was officially canceled through a statement from the event organizer and VBC, and you made your purchase through https://fullpass-ticket.com, you do not need to do any paperwork, since the price or face value of the ticket paid will be refunded directly to the card with which you made the purchase.
If you have made the purchase at the event box office, the refund will be made within 90 calendar days following the cancellation date of the event, presenting the original ticket, without amendments or alterations, in the same place where you made the purchase. .
Service and ticket delivery fees apply to each ticket purchased through Full Pass regardless of payment method and are non-refundable.
If my event was postponed and I will not be able to attend, can I request a refund?
Once new dates are scheduled, tickets for rescheduled events will be honored.

The refund will be carried out for the face value of the ticket, during the 90 calendar days following receipt of the request and, in addition, the instructions established by the banking institutions will apply to purchases made with credit and debit cards.
For its part, for purchases made at the box office, the refund will proceed within 90 calendar days of the date on which the rescheduling of the postponed event is announced, in accordance with the regulations that the corresponding authorities of each of the states of the Mexican Republic, and the person who has decided not to use their tickets for the new dates, must present the original ticket, without amendments or alterations, at the place where the purchase was made.
Service charges apply to each ticket or access purchased, and ticket delivery or access shipping charges apply to each transaction made through Full Pass, regardless of the payment method and are non-refundable.
