TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE AND SALE

Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a Sales Contract between Full Pass, and the person purchasing tickets. Authorization.

The purchase through the Full Pass system is subject to the verification of the personal and card data provided, as well as the authorization by the issuing bank of the credit or debit card whose data you have provided for the payment of the requested tickets and by the accepting bank.

If the personal or credit card information provided does not match the information available to the credit or debit card issuing bank or, even if the information does match, the issuing or accepting bank does not authorize the requested charge, the purchase will not be processed or finalized and the tickets will be offered for sale to the public without any liability for Full Pass.

Ticket Limit. The number of tickets purchasable by a single person is limited. If by virtue of one or more purchase transactions exceeds the limit of tickets purchasable by the same person, the purchase requests will be canceled without notice and without liability for Full Pass.

In the event that a charge has been made to the credit or debit card for the purchases that are cancelled due to the events foreseen in the previous paragraph, the totality of the charges made will be reimbursed in accordance with the time and instructions established by the banking institutions. Full Pass will provide you with the best available place at the time of purchase, according to the price requested. Service Charges.

The purchase of tickets through Full Pass will generate a service charge for each ticket or access and a ticket delivery or access delivery charge, as applicable, for each transaction, which may vary depending on the type of delivery selected and authorized by Full Pass, all of the above in addition to the face value of the ticket or access. Service, ticket delivery and/or access delivery charges will apply to each ticket purchased through Full Pass and are non-refundable.

Changes, Refunds and Cancellations of tickets. The ticket purchase request made through the Full Pass system is a binding offer and upon receipt of authorization from the corresponding credit or debit card issuing bank or accepting bank, the purchase transaction will be final and will not be subject to changes, refunds, returns or cancellations.

Policies of cancellation and postponement of events. The postponement or cancellation of the event is the sole responsibility of the organizer and if necessary by order of the competent authority, releasing Full Pass from any responsibility.

In the case of events cancelled for reasons beyond Full Pass' control, reimbursement will be made only for the price of the ticket, not including service charges. Due to the legal framework and the situation that the country has been going through since March 2020, due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic and following the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as the Agreements adopted by the government of Mexico, of mandatory observance, the suspension of cultural, artistic, sports and entertainment activities was ordered, reason for which the organizers of events and/or artists were forced to postpone or cancel the scheduled events.

Therefore, in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of tickets for public shows to be held in 2021/2022, through the Full Pass system and that have been officially canceled by communication from the organizer of the event, the refund of the cost of the ticket will be delivered at the place, days and times that Full Pass indicates for that purpose.

If your purchase was made with a credit or debit card through Full Pass, it will be refunded directly within 90 calendar days from the date of the official cancellation of the event. Ticket delivery service charges apply to each ticket purchased through Full Pass and are non-refundable.

In the case of purchases made with bank cards, the instructions established by the banking institutions will also apply. In the case of postponed events, once the new dates have been rescheduled, with prior authorization from the authorities, the tickets and places for the rescheduled events will be respected. In case the person does not wish to attend the rescheduled date, he/she may send an electronic communication to Full Pass at info@fullpass.com.mx requesting the refund, including the name of the card holder with which the purchase was made, reference number or folio, attaching a photograph in which the ticket or tickets for which the refund is desired can be clearly seen, where the word NULL is written along each ticket with black marker (indelible) and tear it in half without passing through the bar code, they must be broken with the hands. Without exception, we will only give tickets to the credit or debit card holder. By virtue of the foregoing, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts that he/she shall not be entitled to changes, refunds, returns or cancellations even in the event that he/she does not pick up or print the purchased tickets or does not make use of them. Cautions. Before making your purchase please check carefully the event, section, date and number of tickets requested, because once the purchase is made there are no changes, refunds or returns. In case more than one ticket is submitted, access will be denied to the bearer regardless of whether you are credited as the purchaser. For this reason we suggest you to take care of the files sent, and not to distribute them in order to prevent them from being used by anyone else.

If you have tickets for more than one person, it is important that everyone enters the property at the same time so that we can scan the tickets from your device. Ticket Replenishment.

When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place, away from heat, humidity or sunlight. Full Pass does not replace tickets if they have been lost, stolen or damaged, being the responsibility of the customer.

Event cancellation and postponement policies. Full Pass only distributes tickets for the events offered, so it is not responsible for the content or schedules of these events. Responsibility for the event. Full Pass is an independent company, contracted only for the sale of tickets, so it is not responsible for the quality or content of the event, nor for the acts or consequences that such event may have. Jurisdiction and Competence.

Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions of sale, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the city of Cancun, Quintana Roo, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
